Owner, The Laugh Tour Comedy Club — Jersey City, NJ
Rich Kiamco started his career with a sewing machine — studying fashion design at FIT, he became costume designer and backup dancer for comedian Judy Tenuta, performing as her love slave sidekick "Miss Saigon." That origin story says everything: Rich has always lived at the intersection of craft, performance, and the unexpected.
Today he's a stand-up comedian, host, and the owner of The Laugh Tour Comedy Club inside Dorrian's Red Hand in Downtown Jersey City — a venue earning a reputation for featuring headliners before they blow up. He's also co-producer of the Jersey City Comedy Festival with Art House Productions.
His op-eds on Kevin Hart have been published in USA Today. He was featured on the cover of The New York Times with The ManKind Project, an international non-profit promoting healthy masculinity.
Psst — he's hooking up with Pickleball behind Tennis' back. Catch him dinking in front of the club on a makeshift net before showtime.
Rich chats with comedians and other interesting people about their creative journeys. Available on iTunes and anywhere you stream podcasts.
